Strict measures are in place to ensure our customers’ and staff safety throughout the Covid-19 restrictions.

Reception is open as per our normal opening hours. You are no longer required to book appointment times for arrival or collection.

ALL boarding customers collecting their pets are kindly asked to wait outside reception, staff will bring your pets to you.
